The Premier League season will resume on Wednesday June 17 – with Aston Villa at home to Sheffield United and Manchester City hosting Arsenal.
The two matches are in the ‘games in hand’ that will take all the 20 clubs up to 29 matches and have huge ramifications at both ends of the table.
Another Premier League game may be played on Friday June 19 but the full round of fixtures will start on Saturday June 20 with matches staggered across the weekend.
The timetable was put to the clubs at their shareholders meeting which is taking place on Thursday to decide a raft of issues.
Wizkid has surprisingly (we are surprised because of the age-long beef between Davido and Wizkid, albeit it has been squashed ‘partially’) thrown his weight behind Davido over his recent spat with Burna Boy.
Wizkid has, therefore, urged his team, Wizkid FC to support Davido despite while referring to Burna Boy as Odogwu.
Starboy reacted for the first time after Davido shared snippet of his upcoming video for his new song #ABT.
“Osheyyyy baddest #ABT some people go do small thing, them go rush give themselves odogwu if you want to know about #30BG call OBO #Wizkidfc gat your back bro”
The feud started after Davido posted a photo of him and Wizkid
which a caption that says the two of them are the greatest Nigerian artistes of all time. This angered Burna Boy who started throwing innuendoes.
So moment after Davido announced the release of his new project set to drop in July, Burna Boy dug his dagger right through Davido’s chest by saying he’s not a good musician, adding that his music career was literally bought by his billionaire father,
July will be very funny, and I shall laugh accordingly. You cannot play football, everybody knows you cannot play and you are an embarrassment to the team. But your daddy bought the football team” Burna Boy mocked on Twitter
We list below things you can do to catch a girlfriend when there’s overwhelming evidence that she might be cheating on you.
3 ways to catch a cheating girlfriend. [Credit: Tops Images]
To have a cheating girlfriend is not a thing anyone would wish on himself. However there are lots of unfaithful women who have left many guys paranoid and extra-careful.
No one wants to end up looking like a fool. No one wants to give 100% faithfulness and other things in a relationship only to end up realising that they were being played all along.
Just as we explained here how to catch a cheating boyfriend, we list below things you can do to catch a girlfriend when there’s overwhelming evidence that she might be cheating on you.
1. Snoop
It is pretty difficult to catch a cheating girlfriend without trying some underhanded tricks. This is because women are reputed for being more careful cheats than men. And that they are more painstaking in covering their tracks.
So your biggest chance would be to snoop discreetly when you get the chance – phones, browser history, call history, etc.
But then, finding your way into her mobile device itself would take some work. So good luck with that.
2. Her ‘friends’
One other way would be to get one of her friends to snitch. The jealous one or the one who might low-key have a thing for you would be the ideal one to target here.
With a little attention and some probing, she should drop clues here and there that’ll lead you to the information you need.
Again, this is hinged on you finding a friend of hers who is really not her friend which might not be as easy as it sounds.
3. Surprise
This works for catching cheating boyfriends and works for cheating girlfriends too.
Show up unexpectedly at her apartment, arrive earlier than planned from a trip or pretty much pull of surprise appearances that might enable you catch her in the act.
You could be just be lucky
Having listed these things, you need to realise that catching a cheating partner sometimes could just be a matter of unexpected luck.
A revealing phone call, a mistaken message, etc could be the cheating partner’s undoing.
Whatever the case, you need to also realise that cheating does not have to be the end of your relationship.
You could move from that negativity to something stronger, better.

It was one of the most surprising transfers of the 2019 summer transfer window.
When Brazilian centre-back David Luiz swapped Chelsea for Arsenal just prior to the 2019/20 Premier League campaign getting underway in a deal worth £8million it is fair to say that head were turned and eyebrows were raised.
It was one of the most surprising, unexpected transfers in recent years.
The former Paris Saint-Germain defender had only signed a new two-year deal with the Blues back in May and it seemed apparent that his future lied at Stamford Bridge.
Less than three months later, though, he was sold to Arsenal, with the Blues receiving an £8million transfer fee for a player that they could have lost for free just a matter of weeks before.
Now, less than 12 months into his Arsenal career, Luiz is on the verge of exiting the Emirates Stadium, reports in the national media claim.
The Federal Government says it is thinking of sectionalising classes for primary, secondary, and tertiary institutions in the country ahead of school reopening amid the coronavirus pandemic.
The Minister of State for Education, Emeka Nwajiuba, stated this on Wednesday during a briefing by the Presidential Task Force on COVID-19 in Abuja.
The minister, who faulted the reports that schools would reopen in the country on June 8, said the government could not afford to take any costly risk, especially as it regards the safety of pupils and students in the country.
He said, “Until we are sure these children can go to school, return safely and not bring up with them COVID-19 and infect people who are more susceptible than they are, then we are running a huge risk and God forbid, in our hurry, something happens to our children, I am not sure how anybody will be able to retrieve what has been lost.”
Nwajiuba said the ministry is being guided by the advice of experts as well as those of the World Health Organisation, noting that the decision to reopen schools in the country would be carefully arrived at because education is on the concurrent list of the Nigerian Constitution.
He appealed to private owners of schools in the country to co-operate with the government in ensuring the safe reopening of schools in the country.
“We are going to publish a specification on what we expect COVID-19 or post-COVID-19 reopening to look like. We are not talking about coping with COVID-19 but in spite of COVID-19, we expect that we will adapt.
“For a country that has over 115,000 primary schools, you will understand that 35,000 of these who are private must agree to set up the same standard in other to allow children to go in.
“We may have classes in the morning and classes in the afternoon so that we will have the whole of the infrastructure divided provided they can serve us. I am not sure we will have classes at night. But we can do with morning and afternoon for now,” he explained.
Life is precious, no one should feel depressed. In any state we find ourself let appreciate life. If the blind could praise God, the special humans still smile, rejoice…. What left for me and you Who have food on our table and could eat… Let be grateful while we await more Achievement
When people say they live in Lekki, there’s always that air of deluxe lifestyle that comes with it. However, that pride of residence seems to be getting humbled these days as Lekki residents face this one enemy that comes every year.
The months of April into May are usually known for the first and heaviest rains in Lagos. However, when it rains in areas on Lagos Island, residents are faced with far more to deal with. As a result of proximity to the sea, the rains turn into floods when it gets to its peak.
Properties worth millions of Naira have been lost by Lagos Island residents just because of this flooding issue.
On September 8, 2018, Punch reported that some residents of Ibeju Lekki in Lagos on Saturday lamented their loss of valuables worth millions of Naira to flood caused by persistent rainfall, coupled with poor drainage facilities in the community.
Some of the residents, in interviews with News Agency of Nigeria, said the early morning downpour left several roads and homes in the area flooded.
One Mr Luqman Balogun noted “We can neither go to the office nor stay at home comfortably now as many of our valuables are already destroyed by a flood. We have not been enjoying any infrastructure in this community, yet we pay our taxes and there is virtually no serious encouragement from government.”

In a report from The Guardian on May 31, 2019, the Lekki Estate Residents and Stakeholders Association (LERSA), called for the Federal Government and stakeholders to address regular flooding in the locality during the rainy season.
“The region has become one of the most populated areas of Lagos due to the influx of businesses, the ongoing refinery, new airport and deep sea ports, we need to be able to account for lives and property,” LERSA president, Olorogun James Emadoye, said in an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN).
People have now taken to Twitter to bring the flooding issue in Lekki to bare. Some, however, did it in quite a satirizing manner.
Here are some of the reactions.
@Ebuka, “The return of Lekki floods”
@VictorNewt, “Lekki people walking on water. Jesus will be proud.”
@CapricornKin, “Lekki residents, I have canoe for sale. Very affordable My customer is on your timeline.”
@rahman_jago_, “U fit sleep for lekki wake up for Victoria island….No fear, Na flood carry u no be thief”
@TheVolqx, “Lekki people ordering their boats already .”
