Having already declared his intention to run for Presidency in 2023 alongside President Muhammadu Buhari’s son, Yusuf Buhari, Barrister Olusegun Bamgbose, Esq., the National Coordinator, Concerned Advocates for Good Governance, CAGG, has come out to explain his choice of running mate.
Bamgbose had earlier in the week, while he officially declared his intention, hinted on having Yusuf Buhari as his running mate in the race to the Presidential Villa.
In a statement he signed and made on Friday, the legal practitioner noted that his declaration for President and his choice of Yusuf Buhari, as possible running mate, has generated a lot of controversies.
He noted that some critics have reasoned that Yusuf Buhari is not mature enough to handle such an exalted position.
He said that such critics were being ignorant and lack the understanding of history and current trends.
“How old was Joseph (Yusuf) in the Bible when he became the Prime Minister of Egypt? He was just 30 and he ruled well and delivered the whole nation from famine,” Bamgbose said.
“Gowon became Head of State when he was 32. He ruled Nigeria for 9 years. He fought the Civil War when he was just 33 and was able to bring back Nigeria as one country.
“He established NYSC and that has been sustained till today. The economy was robust during his regime. He was just 33. Josiah in the Bible was just 7 when he became a King.
“He ruled well. Macron is now 42 and he is ruling well. The issue is not that of maturity but that of being a man of mission.
“Gowon was a young man when he took over, two, he is a Christian, three, he came from the minority, but being a man of mission, he turned the obstacles to opportunities.
“One can’t rule out maturity and experience in Governance, but the basic things that make a great leader are Integrity, Vision and Passion.
“No leader in the world has all the requisites experience to govern his domain. This is why he will need to appoint Special Advisers, Special Assistants, Ministers, etc.
“Yusuf Buhari is not too young to be the next Vice President. He is eminently qualified. What is required of him is his readiness to serve his fatherland with passion and integrity.
“A leader without integrity will be an instrument of disaster to his country. Our country needs young leaders to move the nation forward. My passion to serve is indisputable.”
The National President of Miyetti Allah Kautal Hore, Bello Abdullahi Bodejo, has said that the Fulani own Nigeria and will rule the country forever.
Abdullahi also revealed that his organisation had concluded arrangements to flag-off its own security outfit with about 5,000 to 100,000 vigilantes to be deployed across all the states of the country.
He said that Fulani doesn’t need permission from anyone to settle in any land of their choice because Nigeria belongs to them and they founded it.
The Fulani leader said that like Amotekun, where the States Houses of Assembly in the southwest made laws to back it up, the Fulani security outfit won’t be needing the law to support it because every place the Fulani find themselves, “that is their own Assembly.”
Abdullahi stated this in an interview with the Sun, adding, “My organization, Miyetti Allah Kautal Hore, we are trying to set up our own security outfit.
“We are considering starting with 5000 personnel. While their own is Amotekun, our own name shall be unveiled soon. We have not decided on its name, maybe, it may be called, Miyetti Allah Vigilante.”
He explained that the Coronavirus has delayed the take-off of the outfit because of the social distancing policy even though “nothing concerns Fulani man with Coronavirus.”
“We are meeting, anytime from now, we make our plans public. We will first start with 5,000 personnel,” he said, adding that, “It is going to be across the country because there is no any angle you cannot find the Fulani in this country.”
He said that even though personnel of this security outfit are meant to tackle rustlers and bandits with guns and other weapons, they (the new security outfit) will not bear arms but will use the same sticks they use to control cows, adding that “stick is enough to use for their defence.”
He insisted that the Fulani has the rights “to go and settle in any bush in this country without asking anybody for permission.”
“It is not against the law in this country. Who would they go to take permission from, is it the animals in the bush?”
He said that no one can drive away the Fulani because “They produced Nigeria.
“They produced the first prime minister. If they produced the first president, another president, another president and so on, are they not the owner of the country?
“Fulani are ruling Nigeria and they must continue to rule the country forever. That is the truth.”

Any emotional manipulator you may have in your life shouldn’t be there if you can’t beat them at their own game. The result of succumbing to one could have you at their mercy and feeling emotionally bruised.
Emotional manipulators (EM) are champions at exploiting their prey deviously. They use any means to have their own way even if it’s at your own expense. An emotional manipulator will employ indirect, deceptive and sneaky tactics to change your perception or behavior. They could also give in to telling little white lies to be the right party.
Their tactics are usually subtle because they have mastered the art of using words and actions to have their way.
Although most emotional manipulators tend to feel guilty and regretful, the compulsion to have their way overrules everything else. This could eventually ruin any trust or intimacy in a relationship.
If you find yourself in a situation where you’re doing things you rarely do, then you may just be getting emotionally manipulated. This may not be bad if it’s for a good cause. However, if you’re the receptor of negative emotions all the time, then it may be time for you to identify and retract. For emotionally mature people, they may offer an apology and work on the characteristics. However, for the immature ones, it may be a long journey through emotional abuse.
In any relationship, when passive-aggressive tactics are adopted it could cause pain.
This is true but sometimes, when people manipulate others, they do this to avoid being the brunt of the pain or to cope with anger. Irrespective of the catalyst of the manipulative decision, it is more advisable to rather avoid it completely. The result is detrimental to the receptor. Rather than play the game of manipulation, you should just do what’s right from the onset.
Do you have an emotional manipulator in your life?
Take a look at some of the different types of emotional manipulators and decide if you have one in your life or if you are one.
1. Unapologetic Tom
It doesn’t matter if they are the ones who were at wrong; they would ‘never’ apologize. The manipulator likes to play the victim and would, therefore, always make you feel guilty. As a result, you would end up apologizing because Tom is always right.
2. Prove that you love me Jane
This is the part many dread to fall into but always do. When you’re asked to prove your love by doing things, you would rather not do, you’re being manipulated. In reality, they work on the ‘actions speak louder than words’ line. This, as a result, would make you give in to whatever it is they want you to do. Don’t fall for it. Jane’s got nothing on you.
3. Forgetful Funmi
You may not be forgetful, but a manipulator would make you question your sanity. They make you believe they never said or did what you thought they did. “You imagined it” is definitely something they would tell you. To beat them at their own game, you should record via video or text what they say. Then you can pull out the proof when they try to gaslight you.
4. Calm Chidi
When a manipulator wants to make you seem like you’re being overly dramatic even when they are wrong, they stay calm. In this situation, you tend to think you’re overreacting and give in to what they want, eventually.
5. Hush Hush Harry
The silent treatment is the weapon they yield when they try to manipulate you. They could stay offline or even out of sight for a long time just to get you to succumb. If this is a common act by your friend or partner, then you’re being manipulated.
More examples of emotional manipulators
– They turn your words against you.
You say, “It really bothers me you didn’t help me clean the house when you promised you would.”
They may say, “Well, I’ve been working all night and I’m under a lot of stress. Why don’t you think about me?”
– They make you feel guilty.
You say, “I’m going out.”
They say, “Sure you can go while I just stay home and clean up even if I’m tired. It’s fine.”
– They diminish your problems
You say, “My mom and I had a fight.”
They say, “Oh wow, you and your mom had a fight? That’s terrible, but you should be thankful because at least you have a mom. My mom is dead, and we used to fight more than you and yours when she was alive.”
Most manipulators thrive around those who are insecure and sensitive.
These are some people who fall easily to their ploys. If you have an emotional manipulator in your life, you should work on your confidence.
Also, approach them and tell them what it is they are guilty of because, in most cases, they aren’t even aware they are being manipulative. If this still doesn’t work, you can get a third party involved. In a worst-case scenario, just pack your bags and walk away.
He also added that Werner would collect more than €10million (£9m) or €50m (£45m) in total.
Although it remains unclear how much Chelsea would have to pay Leipzig for the striker, it’s safe to assume it would be close to his £53m release clause.
The Telegraph previously reported that Chelsea were looking for an opportunity to sign Werner amid Liverpoo’s reluctance to meet the release clause.
If the report turns out to be true, this would be a massive signing for Chelsea who have been inactive in the past two transfer windows.
The 24-year-old has raked 31 goals across all competitions this season, including a staggering 25 goals from just 29 appearances in Bundesliga.
The Lagos State government has announced that religious centres in the state will be allowed to reopen in two weeks time.
Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu made the disclosure on Thursday during a live press briefing at the Government House, Marina.
He said mosques are to reopen from June 19 while churches are to begin services from June 21.
He said hotels are allowed to reopen while gyms, night clubs, and cinemas would still remain closed, adding that the decision to reopen them would be reviewed in the next two weeks.
Sanwo-Olu said, “There will now be restricted openings of religious houses based on compliance that we have seen and reviewed with the Safety Commission.
“From 14 days time, precisely on the 19th of June for our Muslim worshippers and from the 21st of June for our Christian worshippers, we will be allowing all of our religious bodies to open at a maximum of 40% of their capacity and we’ll be working with them as being expected by the Lagos State Safety Commission.
“But we know that these places of worship have different sizes but even if your 40% capacity is really so large, you cannot have beyond 500 worshippers at once, and keeping that maximum 40% capacity is really important.
“We will be encouraging people to have more than one service and ensure that they keep their premises clean, disinfect before another round of worship can take place.
“We will also be advising that there should only be mandatory Fridays and Sunday services. All other night vigils and services must be put on hold for now until we review our current situation.
“We will also be advising very strongly that persons below the age of 15 because of how well they walk around and difficult to hold down should be excused from the places of worship and citizens that are above the age of 65 should not be allowed into these places of worship.
“We will also advise that there should be no food sharing and communion from a common dish should be discouraged during this period.
“Sharing of kettles during ablution should be avoided, prohibited if possible.
“We also encourage the use of stationary collection boxes and electronic payments.”
The governor said religious leaders should ensure that worshippers wear face masks, maintain social distancing and high-level hygiene, noting that state government officials would visit churches and mosques unexpectedly and those found not complying would be dealt with.
First of all, let’s talk about the usual penis enlargement techniques. They are often extremely expensive and almost never work. Still, there are a few methods that prove to work for many people out there.
The male reproductive system is comprised the penis, the testicles, the seminal vesicles and the prostate gland. The penis is able to become erect, and it contains the urethra, which brings urine and sperm out of the body. The average penis length is 14 to 16 centimeters long, but some people don’t ever reach that length. That said, exercises can certainly help with penis enlargement.
The key to penis enlargement and penis enlargement techniques is in the three chambers of tissue located within the penis. This tissue absorbs the blood brought to the penis via the circulatory system. When the penis fills with blood, it becomes erect and ready for sex. The key to enlarging the penis is to cause these three chambers to expand and grow in size. This makes the penis able to absorb more blood than it could before, meaning it will become larger. These exercises craft tensile strength via stretching these tissues.
So, to recap, exercising the parts of the penis that cause erections is the perfect way to achieve penis enlargement via these penis enlargement techniques.
Prior to performing these exercises, it’s important to take a few precursor steps to ensure your own safety and to make sure the procedures are effective. These steps include:
• Shaving pubic hair
• Eat healthy meals complete with vitamins, proteins and minerals
• Moisturize the penis before doing these exercises
• Measure the length of your penis during an erection
• Measure the circumference of your penis as well
• Soak a towel in hot or warm water and wrap it around your testicles. Keep it on for two minutes and remove it. Then, repeat this process three times. You can also use a jacuzzi and stay in for about 10 minutes, complete with a gentle massage of the penis.
Now, let’s talk about the actual exercises that you can use to enlarge your penis:
The Jelq Method
This penis enlargement method increases blood flow to the corpora cavernosa to make the penis bigger, in order to make the shaft cells grow larger. The exercises also break down muscle fibers, meaning that they’ll grow back even stronger than they were before. Here’s how to do it:
1. Grasp the base of your penis while semi-erect, using your thumb and forefinger, and make an O shape with those two finger. This causes the blood on your penis to be trapped inside the penis, making more blood collect in the cells that harbor it.
2. Move your hand forward and milk the blood to push it farther forward.
3. When you reach the tip, hold the base of the penis with your other hand and repeat the method described.
4. Do this exercise for 20 to 25 minutes
It’s normal to experience bruising or red bumps using these kinds of penis enlargement techniques when trying to figure out how to make the penis bigger, which will disappear. Make sure you start slowly and increase the speed gradually. Pushing blood to the head of the penis is the key here, so focus on that. Your penis may turn darker red than usual; this is normal.
The Pubococcygeus Flex Exercise
This is also known as the PC Flex Exercise for penis enlargement. The PC muscle is the on responsible for controlling ejaculation and urination. Find this muscle by holding your urine mid-stream. This will make the PC muscle contract. You’ll feel the muscle extending from behind the testicles and near the anus.
The PC exercise for penis enlargement is a penis enlargement technique that can protect form impotence and premature ejaculation, and it can make for a stronger erection and increased activity in the prostate gland. It also helps keep urinary incontinence at bay later in life.
Length Stretch
This simply involves stretching a flaccid penis. The penis must be flaccid, as stretching is impossible when the penis is erect. Here’s how to do it:
1. Warm up the penis using the hot towel method, and hold the head of the penis. Hold it gently and with not much pressure.
2. Push the penis out and stretch it as much as you can. Don’t do it to the point that you feel pain.
3. Hold the outstretched penis for 15 seconds. Do this whole process five times.
4. Once you’re done, massage the penis to bring blood back to it.
There are many methods to extend the penis’s length and many methods of how to make the penis bigger, and you may wish to try all of them. See how they work for you, and remember to repeat them! They may just work better over time, and you’ll get the inches you’re looking for and the penis enlargement you crave.
